Walmart Director Format Implementation

1. Renovation and Reconfiguration - Tear down and rebuild all fixtures, shelving, and racking systems. Relocate the grocery department from the middle of the store to a new area on the side, optimizing customer flow and inventory management. 

2. Merchandising and Fulfillment  - Set up shelving and modular displays. Install peg hooks and labels with precise attention to accuracy. Displaying items in a manner that maximized space and visual appeal.

2. New Showrooms - Built new showrooms to showcase featured products and categories.  

3. Bays and Racking - Carefully disassembled and reset 600 bays according to updated planograms. Organized each bay for efficient product placement and improved customer accessibility. Set all beam elevations for racking to accommodate Home Depot’s inventory and safety standards. Ensured structural integrity for long-term durability and compliance with industry regulations.   

4. Product Fulfillment and Labelling  - Organized and labeled all bays to match inventory plans.  Placed products to maximize visibility and ease of restocking.  

5. Quality Control and On-Site Supervision - Dedicated team to oversee the project from start to finish. Daily inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to the timeline.  

Challenge: Very limited timeline to complete renovations across multiple departments.
